This website is operated by Shree Tirupati Tours & Travels ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions apply together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

You may browse the website without an account. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information, and not to interfere with the site's operation, security or other visitors. We may suspend or restrict access where these terms are breached or where maintenance or security requires it.

Tour pages show itineraries, inclusions, duration, images, availability and pricing supplied by our tour operators. We work to keep this information accurate, but details may change — for example timings, accommodation or permits required for a destination. Images are representative of the experience and may not depict the exact vehicle or stay provided. Always review the package details and the operator's terms shown on the tour page before confirming.

The "Send an inquiry" form submits a request for a quote; it does not itself create a booking, hold a seat or confirm availability. A booking is formed only when we or the operating partner accept your request and any applicable payment is completed, and you receive a booking confirmation. You need an account to complete a booking so that confirmations, e-tickets and invoices remain available to you.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and may change with demand, season, operator pricing or taxes until a booking is confirmed. Seats, rooms and other inventory are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A displayed price is not a guarantee of availability.

Payment amounts, accepted methods, due dates and any deposit or instalment split are confirmed to you as part of the booking flow before you pay. Once a booking is accepted you receive confirmation on screen and by email, together with e-tickets or vouchers where applicable, and these remain downloadable from your account. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact us before making further arrangements.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the policy published on each tour package and by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The operator fulfilling your trip is responsible for applying its published cancellation terms, and you should review those terms before confirming a booking.

You are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification for every traveller, required visas and permits, and arriving at departure points on time. Travel involves weather, terrain and regulatory risks that may change an itinerary; we and our operators may adjust routes or schedules where safety or permits require it. Optional travel insurance is recommended.

Tours, vehicles and stays are delivered by independent, verified operators. Their terms apply to the service they provide. Where the law allows, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions or defaults of independent providers, but we will help resolve issues raised through our support channels.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms; where a change materially affects you, we will ask for fresh consent where required.
